on-governmental non-profit Organization, established in 2002 and registered=
with MoEC (Ministry of Economy) Afghanistan, Actively working in variesprov=
inces and districts of Afghanistan especially in eastern region, CDSACO ist=
he implementing partner of USAID, UN, and other international donor funding=
agency working in the sectors of Water and sanitation, Vocational trainingC=
apacity Building Training , Agriculture, Business skill development, Health=
& Hygiene and some other sectors.

Forty years ofwar, recurrent natural disasters, chronic poverty, drought an=
d the COVID-19pandemic have devastated the people of Afghanistan. The recen=
t upheaval hasonly exacerbated needs and further complicated an extremely c=
hallengingoperational context.
Even prior tothe events of 15 August, the humanitarian situation in Afghani=
stan was one ofthe worst in the world. By the mid-year mark, nearly half of=
 the population =E2=80=93some 18.4 million people =E2=80=93 were already in=
 need of humanitarian and protectionassistance in 2021. Protection and safe=
ty risks to civilians, particularlywomen, children and people with a disabi=
lity.

=C2=A0

First: As youknow more than 18 million people which make the half of Afghan=
istan populationare under the line of poverty and they are face with bad ec=
onomical satiation,they cannot make one time food for their family so there=
 for they needhumanitarian aid and assistants and help with pour people who=
 are affectedthrough this bad and critical economic condition in Afghanista=
n.

=C2=A0

Second: As theprevious government was overthrow buy Taliban=E2=80=99s so he=
alth sector is veryaffected and excited at very bad situation more than 350=
0 BHC, CHC and Hospitalwhich was sported and funded by World bank and other=
 National and InternationalNGOs Specially WHO so their Fund is stopped due =
to the overthrowing of previousgovernment so health sector is very affected=
 and all Hospitals and clinics donot have basic health drugs and they canno=
t serve food for their patientshowever thalassemia patients are a lot of an=
d due to the closed of borders withPakistan and other neighbors country so =
they are at very high risk and thehospitals are face with lack of bloods th=
ey cannot provide blood to them sohealth sector is highly affected.

Third: As themore than 40 years=E2=80=99 war and economic problems make peo=
ple for immigration andthey do not have shelter so those who are immigrant =
to city and provinces andhowever 40 years=E2=80=99 war destroyed their home=
s so there for they need shelter tobe provide to them.

Fourth: thosewho are immigrants are face with lack of water and sanitation =
as water is veryimportant for life and sanitation is important for care and=
 protection purposeso immigrants are face with a lot of problems of WASH.

Fifth:=C2=A0Humanitarians urge the de facto authorities to deliver on their=
 promises toprotect the rights of all Afghan citizens =E2=80=94 including w=
omen, children, minoritycommunities, former government employees. This incl=
udes ensuring freedom ofmovement for women to work and to enjoy their basic=
 rights =E2=80=94 and for girls tohave effective access to all levels of ed=
ucation, after the overthrown ofprevious government Schools and Universitie=
s are closed by Taliban=E2=80=99s the newgovernment so there for millions o=
f young generation are face with verydifficult time and they do not have ac=
cess with education however due to theover through of previous government m=
any people lose their jobs so there for iteffect on young generation of Afg=
hanistan their family con not sponsor theirchildren for education so there =
for if we get fund regarding to education so wewill share our strategy rega=
rding to children, girls and women education.

As we workedwith UNHCR, WFP, USAID, CCI, DIA, USIP Roots of Peace AMP Progr=
am and other Nationaland International NGOs and we worked in the field of W=
ASH, Food, Health,Education, Human Rights and Access to Justice, Vocational=
 training, CapacityBuilding Training, Humanitarian Trainings, Agriculture, =
Business skilldevelopment and any other sectors so there for, Our Board Dir=
ectorate andManagement staff requires and would like to be the implementing=
 partner of yourprestige organization German aid for Afghan Children , as r=
espectiveorganization working in the Emergency Humanitarian Sectors of civi=
