Yes, we are interested in the two seats, two of our staff will enroll in th=
e cohort of March.

Regarding tailored course, will speak to our donor agencies (such as UNHCR,=
 UNFPA and Cord aid etc.) and find out whether they would support us with t=
he costs. CDSASO is a non-profit organization and as you might already know=
 the resources are pretty limited here in Afghanistan. However, we will try=
 our best to finding a funding source for the tailored trainings.

We are truly grateful for the support of organizations like RedR and it is =
through this kind of initiatives that we are able to make a real difference=
 in the lives of those who need it most and affected both by natural disast=
er (due to climate emergency) and the prolonged armed conflicts.

anistan. The South Asia course is about to end, and we have one remaining s=
cheduled course for Southeast Asia to start in March. Despite the fact that=
 the courses are generally very much alike, their case studies are quite co=
ntext-specific, e.g. covering the cases in Philippines. If your organisatio=

Greetings from CDSACO NNGO,

Community Development and Social Affairs Charity Organization CDSACO is=20
a local NGO based in Afghanistan and have been implementing humanitarian=20
projects for the past 15 years. We are interested to train our staff in=20
issues related to CCADRR.

In landlocked Afghanistan, the key environmental drivers are an increase=20
in drought (due to low precipitation and reduced snowfall), frequency of=20
floods (due to heavy and uneven rainfall, which has increased by between=20
10 percent and 25 percent over the last 30 years, as well as rapidly=20
melting snow), and warmer temperatures that are on average 1.8 degrees=20
Celsius higher than in 1950. Droughts that affected two-thirds of the=20
country in 2018 prompted mass movements and left about 4 million Afghans=20
in need of support for food and livings. In 2018, Afghans were displaced=20
more often due to environmental and natural disasters than conflict.

We have 10 employees directly working ok projects that are linked to=20
CCADRR, could you please enroll them in your recently announced CCADRR=20

Community Development and Social Affairs Charity Organization CDSACO is <br=
 clear=3D"none">
a local NGO based in Afghanistan and have been implementing humanitarian <b=
r clear=3D"none">
projects for the past 15 years. We are interested to train our staff in <br=
 clear=3D"none">
issues related to CCADRR.<br clear=3D"none">
<br clear=3D"none">
In landlocked Afghanistan, the key environmental drivers are an increase <b=
r clear=3D"none">
in drought (due to low precipitation and reduced snowfall), frequency of <b=
r clear=3D"none">
floods (due to heavy and uneven rainfall, which has increased by between <b=
r clear=3D"none">
10 percent and 25 percent over the last 30 years, as well as rapidly <br cl=
ear=3D"none">
melting snow), and warmer temperatures that are on average 1.8 degrees <br =
clear=3D"none">
Celsius higher than in 1950. Droughts that affected two-thirds of the <br c=
lear=3D"none">
country in 2018 prompted mass movements and left about 4 million Afghans <b=
r clear=3D"none">
in need of support for food and livings. In 2018, Afghans were displaced <b=
r clear=3D"none">
more often due to environmental and natural disasters than conflict.<br cle=
ar=3D"none">

We have 10 employees directly working ok projects that are linked to <br cl=
ear=3D"none">
CCADRR, could you please enroll them in your recently announced CCADRR <br =
clear=3D"none">
