non-governmental non-profit Organization,established in 2002 and registered=
 with MoEC (Ministry of Economy) Afghanistan,Actively working in varies pro=
vinces and districts of Afghanistan especially ineastern region, CDSACO is =
the implementing partner of USAID, UN, and otherinternational donor funding=
 agency working in the sectors of Water andsanitation, Vocational training =
Capacity Building Training , Agriculture,Business skill development, Health=
 & Hygiene and some other sectors.

Forty years of war, recurrent naturaldisasters, chronic poverty, drought an=
d the COVID-19 pandemic have devastatedthe people of Afghanistan. The recen=
t upheaval has only exacerbated needs andfurther complicated an extremely c=
hallenging operational context.

Even prior to the events of 15 August,the humanitarian situation in Afghani=
stan was one of the worst in the world. Bythe mid-year mark, nearly half of=
 the population =E2=80=93 some 18.4 million people =E2=80=93were already in=
 need of humanitarian and protection assistance in 2021.Protection and safe=
ty risks to civilians, particularly women, children andpeople with a disabi=
lity.

=C2=A0

First: As you know more than 18 millionpeople which make the half of Afghan=
istan population are under the line ofpoverty and they are face with bad ec=
onomical satiation, they cannot make onetime food for their family so there=
 for they need humanitarian aid andassistants and help with pour people who=
 are affected through this bad andcritical economic condition in Afghanista=
n.

Second: As the previous government wasoverthrow buy Taliban=E2=80=99s so he=
alth sector is very affected and excited at verybad situation more than 350=
0 BHC, CHC and Hospital which was sported and fundedby World bank and other=
 National and International NGOs Specially WHO so theirFund is stopped due =
to the overthrowing of previous government so health sectoris very affected=
 and all Hospitals and clinics do not have basic health drugsand they canno=
t serve food for their patients however thalassemia patients area lot of an=
d due to the closed of borders with Pakistan and other neighborscountry so =
they are at very high risk and the hospitals are face with lack ofbloods th=
ey cannot provide blood to them so health sector is highly affected.

Third: As the more than 40 years=E2=80=99 warand economic problems make peo=
ple for immigration and they do not have shelterso those who are immigrant =
to city and provinces and however 40 years=E2=80=99 wardestroyed their home=
s so there for they need shelter to be provide to them.

Fourth: those who are immigrants areface with lack of water and sanitation =
as water is very important for life andsanitation is important for care and=
 protection purpose so immigrants are facewith a lot of problems of WASH.

Fifth:=C2=A0 Humanitarians urge the defacto authorities to deliver on their=
 promises to protect the rights of allAfghan citizens =E2=80=94 including w=
omen, children, minority communities, formergovernment employees. This incl=
udes ensuring freedom of movement for women towork and to enjoy their basic=
 rights =E2=80=94 and for girls to have effective accessto all levels of ed=
ucation, after the overthrown of previous government Schoolsand Universitie=
s are closed by Taliban=E2=80=99s the new government so there formillions o=
f young generation are face with very difficult time and they do nothave ac=
cess with education however due to the over through of previousgovernment m=
any people lose their jobs so there for it effect on younggeneration of Afg=
hanistan their family con not sponsor their children foreducation so there =
for if we get fund regarding to education so we will shareour strategy rega=
rding to children, girls and women education.

As we worked with UNHCR, WFP, USAID,CCI, DIA, USIP Roots of Peace AMP Progr=
am and other National and InternationalNGOs and we worked in the field of W=
ASH, Food, Health, Education, Human Rightsand Access to Justice, Vocational=
 training, Capacity Building Training, HumanitarianTrainings, Agriculture, =
Business skill development and any other sectors sothere for, Our Board Dir=
ectorate and Management staff requires and would liketo be the implementing=
 partner of your prestige organization REDR UK , asrespective organization =
working in the Capacity Building Trainings =C2=A0of civil society, which is=
