As you know at the end of every month HR Department Colleagues share the
MHNT's payroll's with Provincial Offices. After receiving the final and
approved Payroll's you can distribute the salaries for each month. 
Until you did not receive the final and approved Payroll for each month,
Please Don't distribute the salaries.
