Dear Sulimankhil Saheb,

Greetings,

Wish you be fine. I am writing to share a new issue concerning CMS sessions
in Parwan Province.

The CMS sessions have started since Saturday 29 October. We have planned to
conduct CMS sessions by covering HPs under the coverage of one HF and apply
all teams and resources and then after finishing this area, start another
HF. The expected benefits of this approach would be:

-          Avoiding extra transportation cost

-          Boosting resources effectiveness by having enough access

-          Better management of teams

-          Better time management

But the PPHD of Parwan recommended that different teams must cover different
HFs related HPs simultaneously.

We are looking forward to your opinion in this regard and the case agreeing
with us, kindly we are suggesting your support for convincing the Parwan
PPHD.
