Please consider below email received from UNICEF authorities. A review of
the financial documents will be conducted by UNICEF colleagues for the
period July to October 2022 on sample basis and they will inform us as per
their schedule. Therefore please make sure that all the transactions are
well recorded in the system and the vouchers are supported with accurate and
complete supporting documents. Your attention and consideration is
appreciated in advance.

Dear SPs

Greetings.

As mentioned in prior communications and at today's meeting, in preparation
for future audits by donors/stakeholders, we will embark on pre-audit
preparations and to help UNICEF have a better understanding of the
downstream programme management and controls from the SPs side such as
payments to vendors and HF workers etc. In doing this, we will review couple
of transactions on a sample basis. The review period will cover the July -
October period to avoid any duplications with prior assurance exercises.

Towards this, our two new colleagues, Ghulam and Sebghat (in copy) will be
reaching out to plan these reviews at your offices. I look forward to your
usual cooperation with the exercise.
