Hope you are doing well.

Thank you for sharing the Oct 2022 cashbook.

I have some queries regarding the October expenses.

1-     SMS (School Management Shura) Training Stationary purchase of AFN
97,366. There wasn't a line for the Stationary Purchase in the SMS training
plan shared with the Provincial Management team. Can you please justify this
purchase.

2-     Stationary for office is purchased in 9 intervals from the start of
Oct till 17th Oct. Please make a stationary assessment at the start of each
month in order to utilize the human efforts efficiently.

3-     What are the generator fuel consumption for the month of Oct. Share
the report.

4-     Share the distribution list of Handwashing facilities to districts
with details. ( District, No of hand washing facilities distributed, total
transportation cost).

Please update me on the status of Oct expenses documentation
