This is to officially inform you that we have decided to collect FACE repor=
ting of the first installment and DCTs for the second payment from our part=
ners. You have one week time to work on DCTs meticulously and prepare conci=
se budget plans consistent with the needs of expenditures required for the =
planned activities and programs on the ground for the next months ahead. An=
d before submitting the budget plan for the second payment we need the repo=
rting of the reimbursement and liquidation of the first installment. Both D=
CTs for the second payment and FACE reporting for the first installment is =
required by 9th of Oct 22.
