We are promoting the use of AWAAZ the interagency-hotline<https://awaazaf.o=
rg/> to provide an independent channel for the beneficiaries to submit feed=
back and grievances. The feedback received is submitted directly to PMIU f=
or redressal on a monthly basis.

There is a 1 hour briefing session by AWAAZ in Dari next week.  The registr=
ation can be found in the below email.  I recommend that you attend because=
 it is a feedback channel that we are using with our partners specifically =
those humanitarian cash transfer programme (HCT) and the health programme (=
HER).

I will organize a GRM briefing for next week to give you an overview of how=
 we are managing grievances more generally and the direction that we are he=
aded.

af.org/">AWAAZ the interagency-hotline</a> to provide an independent channe=
l for the beneficiaries to submit feedback and grievances.&nbsp; The feedba=
ck received is submitted directly to PMIU
 for redressal on a monthly basis.<o:p></o:p>

There is a 1 hour briefing session by AWAAZ in Dari =
next week.&nbsp; The registration can be found in the below email.&nbsp; I =
recommend that you attend because it is a feedback channel that we are usin=
g with our partners specifically those humanitarian
 cash transfer programme (HCT) and the health programme (HER). <o:p></o:p><=
/p>

I will organize a GRM briefing for next week to give=
 you an overview of how we are managing grievances more generally and the d=
