Dear Colleagues, The INSO Cent=
ral Team invites you to join our Security Roundtable (SRT) on Monday, 31 Oc=
tober 2022, at 1030 hrs. The meeting will be held in per=
son at the new INSO Kabul offices. The meeting will be hosted by D=
eputy Safety Advisor Sabawoon and Assistant Safety Advisors Aftabuddin and =
Ayobi, and will be held in Dari. Direct=
ions to the new INSO offices will be shared with all participants =
upon successful registration per email. Please note that there will be no p=
arking available at the location; as such, we kindly request partners to ar=
range drop-off and pick-up. To remain COVID-Safe, a maximum of <=
strong>one participant per organisation will be admitted. In addit=
ion, INSO will configure the seating plan to allow for social distancing an=
d ensure the availability of hand sanitiser. INSO will limit the number of =
participants to 30 and admit participants on a first-come-=
first-serve basis in the interest of fairness. Those wishing to =
join the SRT must confirm their attendance via email by 1430 hrs on=
 30 October. Partners are requested to send their confirmation ema=
ils to Aftabuddin, Central Region Assistant Safety Advisor=

ll be admitted to the meeting. Partners in attendance are kindly asked to b=
ring their own masks and pen for signing in at the entrance. Should you fee=
l unwell, please refrain from attending in person to protect the other part=
icipants. The duration of the meeting will be approximately one =
hour. The main objective of this roundtable discussion will be to allow our=
 partner NGOs to share experiences and lessons learned from the current ope=
rating environment, and provide a short overview of key developments in the=
 Central Region. If you would like INSO to raise any specific issues at the=
 meeting on your behalf, please let us know in advance. Roundta=
ble meetings are primarily a forum for exchanging information and insights =
concerning the safety and security environment among NGO partners in the Ce=
ntral Region, and we encourage you to come prepared to contribute. <br=
