Dear Partners,

I hope you are doing well. Since we are approaching ear end reconciliation
process and some of our grants are closing by 31 December 2022, therefore
need to confirm fund utilization with all of our partners. Could you please
respond to the following two questions before CoB today - these questions
are applicable to those whose contract are expiring by 31 December 2022 (I
kept all the IPs in BCC to avoid accidental reply to all).

1.	Can your organization spend the entire amount of fund allocated as
per the signed HPD from UNICEF? Yes or No.
2.	In case no, how much amount you will be refunding to UNICEF back?
AFN XXXXXXXXXXX (with a short justification).
