I hope you are doing well. Since we are approaching ear end reconciliation =
process and some of our grants are closing by 31 December 2022, therefore n=
eed to confirm fund utilization with all of our partners. Could you please =
respond to the following two questions before CoB today =96 these questions=
 are applicable to those whose contract are expiring by 31 December 2022 (I=
 kept all the IPs in BCC to avoid accidental reply to all).

1.  Can your organization spend the entire amount of fund allocated as pe=
r the signed HPD from UNICEF? Yes or No.
  2.  In case no, how much amount you will be refunding to UNICEF back? AFN=
 XXXXXXXXXXX (with a short justification).
