Dear Provincial Office Colleagues,

It has been come to my knowledge that the proper documentation of logistic &
financial documents are still not completed by you. And now the October
documentations are not yet initiated as the month is near to end. JACK main
office department has to submit the financial report against first
liquidation to UNICEF from June to Oct 2022 and the complete supporting
documents are required for the reporting purposes.

Therefore, submit all the required financial documents from July to till
date to JACK main office Finance department as soon as possible.
