Demoting someone from upper grade to the lowest is not something which =
can be done by either I want or I don=E2=80=99t like him/her, it needs =
valid prof and documentation on which a solid decision can be made.=20

Let me ask you the following questions:

1-      The UNICEF technical extenders are  completely dissatisfied.

Is there any written valid justification from UNICEF extenders against =
him?

2-      DED is completely dissatisfied from him.

Does DED has sent you any written dissatisfaction with reasons?

3-      Used a bad, stingy and hash dialect with me.

Have you gave him any kind of warning signed by Shirzad Sahib, after his =
misbehave?

4-      He don=E2=80=99t care and follow the role.

Have you gave him the warning for not obeying the role and regulations?

It is worth mentioning that without any valid prove and justification =
and just by your recommendation we demoted him one step and asked the HR =
to put him three month conditional contract. In such cases we =
can=E2=80=99t do more than this, I hope in upcoming three month you will =
do the above four asked points for making fair decision.
