Once again ,as you are aware, the district coordinator of Khanishin =
district did not achieved  the tasks in the last three months ,so I want =
to change him from district coordinator  to social organizer and has the =
below negative Points.

1: The UNICEF technical extenders are  completely dissatisfied.

2:  DED is completely dissatisfied from him.

3: Used a bad, stingy and hash dialect with me.

4: He don=E2=80=99t care and follow the role.

This guy has already pass his probationary period and us the negative =
result.

Note: Let, me to change this person for district coordinator to Social =
worker to achieve the Project goal in khanishin district.
