We are very grateful to all the employees of JACK Main office human =
resources and provincial offices, with whom we have done a great job in =
the field of human resources. Below are some points that we are trying =
to improve our human resources work to be speedup, and you are expected =
to do it very carefully and thoughtfully and in the future, some of =
these will be part of our policy articles

1.            First of all, the attendance of the employees should be =
checked. If the employee is more than 20 minutes late, the employee =
should be absent and the salary will be deducted.

2.            Employees should respect each other and avoid excessive =
and unnecessary talk.

3.            Every employee, whether Main office, provincial office, or =
regional employees should have specific duties and should seriously =
refrain from interfering in the duties of other employees in addition to =
their specific duties If such behavior is repeated, he should be given =
first a warning letter and if repeated terminate form job there is no =
excuse=20

4.            Every person should be recruited according to the JACK HR =
policy-Recruiting guidelines.

5.            When the whole process is completed, the ID number should =
be issued from the Main office and the employee should perform his duty =
under that ID number.=20
