Dear Colleagues,

I am looking forward to welcoming you to our upcoming INSO Country =
Directors=E2=80=99 meeting which will be held on Tuesday, 11 October, at =
1500 hrs, at the new INSO office.  The meeting will only take place in =
person. =20

This will also be my last country directors' meeting in Afghanistan, at =
least for some time. I would therefore like to say farewell with a few =
refreshments after the meeting ends, from 1630 hrs, and as such, if you =
can, please plan to stay a bit longer.=20

Kindly confirm your participation by email at register@afg.ngosafety.org =
<mailto:register@afg.ngosafety.org> no later than 1000 hrs on Tuesday, =
11 October. A separate email with the new address for the INSO office =
will be shared with those who register.

The meeting is expected to last for around 90 minutes. We will take some =
time to look back at dynamics in September, as well as discuss some NGO =
incidents and events that may impact the operating environment and NGO =
access moving forward. You will also have a preview of some graphics to =
be featured in the upcoming Quarterly Report, as well as an update on =
INSO's operations and plans for 2023.=20

Please do let me know if you wish to include any additional topic or =
issue, and I will be happy to raise it for discussion during the =
meeting. It would be most useful to make this into a discussion rather =
than an INSO presentation, and, as such, I encourage you in advance to =
participate actively.=20

Missions may attend the meetings. Please remember that private =
contractors/consultants are not entitled to attend this or any other =
