I have noticed that in our recent recruitment, such staff has been =
recruited from another province who can=E2=80=99t communication on local =
language/languages properly, and because of that we have received many =
complaints from local people as well as government authorities that the =
assign person can=E2=80=99t understand us correctly.  From now on you =
are instructed to strictly consider the requirement of both national =
languages (Pashto and Dari) in your recruitment process for both =
provincial and head office recruitment is must.

Note: It is worth to mention that local people is our priority and they =
are are in exception, this should be considered/logo for those who are =
going to be recruited for another province.

Second, I want to involve myself in the recruitment process in both =
written test and interview, there for HR is requested to collect 10 =
question from each committee member and share 30 questions for each =
position 10 minutes before exam with me (if I am not in office it should =
be on WhatsApp), I will chose the required number.

Note: please keep both side of the evolutions while developing =
questions, Practical 60% and Theoretical 40%.
