strong>person</strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /><br /><span style=3D"text-decorati=
on: underline;">This will also be my last country directors' meeting in Afg=
hanistan, at least for some time. I would therefore like to say farewell wi=
th a few refreshments after the meeting ends, from 1630 hrs, and as such, i=
f you can, please plan to stay a bit longer</span>.&nbsp;<br /><strong><em>=
<br />Kindly confirm your participation by email at <a href=3D"mailto:regis=
ter@afg.ngosafety.org">register@afg.ngosafety.org</a> no later</em></strong=
>&nbsp;<em><strong>than 1000 hrs on Tuesday, 11 October. A separate email w=
ith the new address for the INSO office will be shared with those who regis=
ter.</strong></em><br /><br />The meeting is expected to last for around 90=
 minutes. We will take some time to look back at dynamics in September, as =
well as discuss some NGO incidents and events that may impact the operating=
 environment and NGO access moving forward. You will also have a preview of=
 some graphics to be featured in the upcoming Quarterly Report, as well as =
an update on INSO's operations and plans for 2023.&nbsp;<br /><br />Please =
do let me know if you wish to include any additional topic or issue, and I =
will be happy to raise it for discussion during the meeting. It would be mo=
st useful to make this into a discussion rather than an INSO presentation, =
and, as such, I encourage you in advance to participate actively.&nbsp;<br =

 or Heads of Missions may attend the meetings. Please remember that private=
