On the first date of October, Zadran Sahib and I had a meeting with you
about the recruitment process and it was said that by the end of this week
we should complete the recruitment process, I think there will be no need to
discuss again.

It is our responsibility to complete our task, if you want to delay the
process Human Resource department is not responsible.
