Thank you very much for your time on the phone.

First let me introduce to you The MENTOR Initiative (MI). This is an 
international non-governmental organisation based in the United Kingdom. 
It provides support in emergency health care and vector-borne and 
communicable disease control activities in remote and insecure settings. 
MENTOR operates in multiple countries across Africa, the Middle East, 
South America, and Europe including Central African Republic, South 
Sudan, Yemen, Syria, Venezuela, and Ukraine to name a few. In all of the 
countries, MENTOR works closely with government ministries, United 
Nations, partner INGOs and communities to achieve its goals. For further

We (Mohammad Kamal and Dr. Tariq Ihsan) are requesting to have a meeting 
with you on October 1 in the afternoon between 2pm to 4pm or on October 
2 same time in the afternoon. Discussions with you will guide us to 
understand how MENTOR is best placed in Afghanistan to improve access to 
essential primary health care and to reduce the burden of vector-borne 
and communicable diseases amongst communities in greatest need, in line 
with national policy and strategy.

We will also discuss about our potential visit to Kunduz province.
