Dear Colleagues, The INSO Cent=
ral Team invites you to join our Security Roundtable (SRT) on Thursday, 29 =
September 2022, at 1030 hrs. The meeting will be held in=
 person at the new INSO Kabul offices. The meeting will be hosted =
by Assistant Safety Advisors Aftabuddin and Ayobi, and will be held in <str=
ong>Dari. Directions to the new INSO offices</s=
trong> will be shared with all participants upon successful registration pe=
r email. Please note that there will be no parking available at the locatio=
n; as such, we kindly request partners to arrange drop-off and pick-up. To remain COVID-Safe, a maximum of one participant=
 per organisation will be admitted. In addition, INSO will configure the se=
ating plan to allow for social distancing and ensure the availability of ha=
nd sanitiser. INSO will limit the number of participants to 30</str=
ong> and admit participants on a first-come-first-serve basis in the intere=
st of fairness. Those wishing to join the SRT must confirm their=
 attendance via email by 1500 hrs on 28 September. Partner=
s are requested to send their confirmation emails to Aftabuddin</st=

 those who have confirmed their attendance will be admitted to the meeting.=
 Partners in attendance are kindly asked to bring their own masks and pen f=
or signing in at the entrance. Should you feel unwell, please refrain from =
attending in person to protect the other participants. The durat=
ion of the meeting will be approximately one hour. The main objective of th=
is roundtable discussion will be to allow our partner NGOs to share experie=
nces and lessons learned from the current operating environment, and provid=
e a short overview of key developments in the Central Region. If you would =
like INSO to raise any specific issues at the meeting on your behalf, pleas=
e let us know in advance. Roundtable meetings are primarily a f=
orum for exchanging information and insights concerning the safety and secu=
rity environment among NGO partners in the Central Region, and we encourage=
 you to come prepared to contribute.
