Dear Azimi Sahib,

We have good experience that office files and papers are a sensitive
material, in such a place no one is allowed in the office without the
recruitment process and guarantee letter to interfere or search the office
documents.

We have experienced an incident before, we do not want to experience it
again, we must take security measures in advance, and such persons have
been seen in the office for the past one week, who are entering the office
without any necessity, and this has dangerous consequences in the future.

Security personal are responsible without employment prove (Badge) no one
allowed to stay in the office for more than 20 minutes without any
necessity, Security focal point will be responsible for all ongoing
security issues.

I have kind request please respect HR Policy and HR recruiting guidelines
and office rule and regulation without HR paperwork and directors approval
please don't introduce anyone we appreciate your respect.

Please don't let anyone get close to your documents without HR formality.
