Dear Faisal Ahmadzai

Thank you very much for trusting my skills and offer me the position of
Finance Advisor in your office. I am also thankful to the senior management
team of JACK for their continuous support, their confidence and giving me
this great opportunity to serve your organization once again. I will
utilize my full expertise and capabilities to achieve goals and objectives
and set targets of the Finance department.

Offer accepted, we will agree on a few minor things before signing the
final contract. I would suggest the points below for the consideration of
JACK SMT.

1.      The monthly net salary amount should be *2,750 USD.*

2.      Contract period (Ideally it should be for a period of one year).

3.      Monthly leaves should be 3 so that I will visit my hometown after
two months

4.      Monthly salary payment should be at the start of month so that I
will easily manage my operational expenses

5.      Accommodation & Meal, visa expenses should be borne by JACK

Based on the final agreement and final green signal from your side, I will
put in my resignation and will complete HR formalities i.e. (completing one
month notice period) of my current organization.

In Case, JACK pushing me for immediate joining. Then I have to violate HR
formalities and that will cost me  a month's salary. Now I am requesting
you people to compensate me for my one-month salary. In case of violating
the current organization HR Formality.
