Dear Shirzad Sahib,

Hope you are doing good,

As you know the issue raised in Helmand office because of Mr. Jahid (our
previous Procurement and Logistic Officer) is not resolved yet, we are
trying our best to resolve it, so far, we had meetings with the director of
MoEC and he did not accept him at any cost to be in Helmand office. However,
today I come to know that Mr. Jahid has come to Helmand office without our
approval, so, this is to inform you that he is not allowed to join JACK at
any position or project in Helmand, until and unless this issue is
completely resolved.

Therefore, I am kindly requesting you, not to allow him to be in JACK
Office, Mr. Jahid is no more employee of JACK and if anything happened
because of him to JACK  he is responsible and if anything happened to him
JACK has no responsibility.

@Faial Ahmadzai, Please call Mr. Jahid and ask him to leave the Helmand
office immediately.
