/strong>IEA forces have concluded the search operation in Shahrak Kahdestan=
 area. They seized an unspecified number of military uniforms, a heavy mach=
ine gun, and arrested 7 men. The suspects were wearing women's clothes and =
attempted to flee the area when the IEA forces arrested them.<br /><br />IE=
A forces then launched a house-to-house search operation in <a href=3D"http=
s://goo.gl/maps/5YJhRJXwMbyf4f256">Imam Shash Noor</a> area of Injil Distri=
ct, further south.</div>

 of Injil District, along the Herat City-Qala-e Naw City Main Road.&nbsp;<b=

rban area is still ongoing.<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">The previous advisory to avoid the area=
 and reroute movements remains in place.&nbsp;<br /><br />If approached by =
authorities, NGO staff should always be polite, respectful, and cooperative=
, and inform their management at earliest convenience when safe to do so. I=
t is recommended that, in case of encounter with IEA officials, the most se=
nior NGO staff members present lead the discussion on the part of the NGO. =
<br /><br />NGO staff should also be prepared with the contact details of b=
oth local and provincial IEA authorities who can be called upon for assista=
nce in the event of issues with local IEA members.<br /><br />It is also re=
commended to inform INSO, ACBAR and OCHA of any incident connected to the I=
EA search operations.<br /><br /></div>

/strong>The search operation concluded in Shaydayee area. IEA forces have m=
oved to <a href=3D"https://goo.gl/maps/tn5nTAo3ByvcMpQj6">Shahrak Haji Qorb=
an</a> area in Injil District, to the northeast of Kahdestan area and near =
the Herat City to Obeh District Main Road. It is an area with a&nbsp; sizea=
ble Hazara community.<br /><br /></div>
