stan will be a new experience, he has followed dynamics here for a long tim=
e and has worked professionally on the context in the past. In addition, Na=
thaniel comes with a wealth of experience with NGOs and IOs in complex conf=
lict and post-conflict contexts and is an accomplished analyst and safety p=
rofessional. He is eager to contribute his skills to the NGO community in A=
fghanistan, as well as to learn from your experiences and approaches to saf=
ety and access.</div>
