Dear Dr. Shahram

Let me express our gratitude for your support and collaboration with FHI
360.

Based on our verbal communication through the phone, Here I have attached
the summary of the MASS MUAC screening action plan for future coordination.

Type of Intervention:Conduct MASS MUAC Screening

Location/ where to implement: At 2-3 high risk and rural villages under
coverage area of determined 10 HFs.

*Plande activities:*

- JACK to coordinate and invite the participants( 10 CHS from determined
   10 HFs) for date Sep 6 2022.
   - Conduct MASS MUAC orientation session for 10 CHSs of 10 targeted HFs
   in Kabul =E2=80=93 half day at JACK=E2=80=99s office on date sep 6 2022.
   - After this session, CHSs will conduct two-hour orientation sessions at
   each of their HFs for CHWs under their coverage.
   - CHWs will conduct MASS MUAC screening at 2-3 high risk and rural
   villages under their coverage
   - Complete the data collection, analysis and report on MASS MUAC
   screening
   - ALLEN will support the targeted malnutrition children that will be
   found during MASS MUAC.
