In response to your email

1.       Full coordination has been done with the TPM teams also  the =
process has been completed in 5 health centers, including the provincial =
hospital, and is continuing in other health centers.

2.       An action plan has been prepared for the feedback of the PPHD =
and has been shared with other departments from the DTM address for =
implementation, and you will receive a report on its progress at a =
certain time.

3.       Medicines have been supplied to health centers according to the =
BPHS list, and the only problems are in the lack of medicine for =
diarrhea and cholera incidents, which have been discussed with the Maine =
office today.

4.       In the area of =E2=80=8B=E2=80=8Bcholera and diarrhea cases, it =
should be said that the cases have decreased compared to the previous =
days, and the summary of the report is as follows.
