Thank you Dr. Sahib for the response, the decision is made collectively 
with other stakeholders and they not only change some white areas for 
BFWO/JACK but for other implementer also they change some sites. and 
OCCD would like to establish fix center( BHC) and will cover all 
components such as OPD, MCH, Nutrition, routine EPI and PSS. BFWO team 
will hand over the list of all patients which are under the treatment of 
SAM and MAM program and also those mother and children which need next 
immunization dose and also those mother for the remaining visit of ANC 
and PNC.
