Dear Helali Saheb,

Hope you fine.

We have already brought on board and hired professional candidates for the
vacant positions via written tests and interviews and they have signed the
Job offer letters too.

currently it's not fair to reject the selected candidates and it's also
against the HR policy and formalities.

The candidates are chasing us and wants to get to know the date to go to
their appointed Job location.

They could also make complain against us while replacing them with others as
they have already passed the test and interviews and qualified for the
announced positions.

so we can't hire anyone without proper hiring procedure.

Furthermore: the candidate that you have appointed for the project manager
position is graduated from BBA and have experience in teller/cashier at Bank
which is not suited for the  mentioned position, according to the CBNP
project activities candidate should be Medical graduated and have
experienced in it as it is a high position and the recommended candidate is
not qualified for it.
