Dear Dr. Sahib Yousifzai,

Greetings

I've coordinated with Kabul PPHD, there has not been such an agenda in any
PHCC meetings to raise the issue of upgrading or downgrading any HF, nor any
decisions in this regard has been put on discussion from the MoPH address.
Furthermore regarding establishing new HF, we have had active participation
in all PHCC meetings but in none of the meetings establishing of new health
facilities was decided.

Dear Provincial Managers:

As you are in picture that we are in the process of finalizing the technical
and financial proposals for Kabul, Parwan and Kunduz provinces. Could you
please provide me the following information until end of today or early
morning tomorrow.

1.       Information on the type and location of health facilities which
need upgrading (SHS to BHC, BHC to CHC and so on ) and is finalized and
approved in PPHCC meeting and finally by MoPH.

2.       Information on the type and location of health facilities which
need downgrading (BHC to SHC, CHC to BHC and so on ) and is finalized and
approved in PPHCC meeting and finally by MoPH.

3.       Information on establishment of new health facilities such as SHC
and BHC  including health posts and is finalized and approved in PPHCC
meeting and finally by MoPH.

Looking forward to have these information as  earliest as possible.
