Dear Shinwari Sahib and Noorzad Sahib,

Hope you are fine, as you know MSH/AFIAT team newly trained some staff of 3
HFs from Parwan province (Charikar PH, Totomdara CHC and Qanqshal CHC) for
AIM safety bundles program. We are planned to conduct one day meeting with
these staff at Parwan Provincial hospital in 23, August 2022. The list of
participants is attached. The total number of participants is 15,
fortunately most of them are from provincial hospital, only 5 staff will
invite form other HFs ( Qanqshal, Totomdara and one form Sar-e-House HFs).

Hereby kindly requested you to inform related colleagues to attend the
training  on due date and time.

Greeting from MSH/AFIAT Parwan office, thanks for all your coordination with
MSH/AFIAT, as you are in the pictures, MSH is going to implement The
Alliance for Innovation on Maternal Health (AIM) safety bundles program in
Parwan province in 3 HFs, (provincial hospital, Totomdara CHC and Qanqshal
CHC), it is an integrated, multi-disciplinary high-impact intervention
focused on reducing maternal mortality,  which readiness assessment already
done in selected health facilities for the implementation of AIM program.

Our responsible colleague established AIM program Action committee in each
HFs with close coordination of head of HFs, now we are going to conduct 5
days training for these action committee members in two batches, the list of
committee member each HFs is attached.  Your kindly requested to inform
these staff for participation in this training as per below detail.
Transportation and accommodation will be provided to participant.

Dear JACK colleagues,

Greeting from MSH/AFIAT, thanks for all your coordination with MSH/AFIAT
project to improve the quality of the services. As per our plan, MSH is
going to implement AIM safety bundles; The Alliance for Innovation on
Maternal Health (AIM)  in three provinces (Parwan, Nangarhar and Balkh) it
is an integrated, multi-disciplinary high-impact intervention focused on
reducing maternal mortality,  which readiness assessment already done in
selected health facilities for the implementation of AIM program. The
assessment is a collaborative effort between the AFIAT and the BPHS/EPHS
implementing NGO at the respective province. The HFs selected for the
mentioned provinces each include one district hospital with two affiliated
comprehensive health centers as AIM intervention sites.

In Parwan province below HFs was selected for this intervention which is
going to be conduct for four days effective from July 3rd, 2022:

*	Parwan Provincial Hospital
*	Totumdara CHC
*	Qaqshal CHC

Therefore, your kindly request you to support as in this regard:

*	Inform head of HFs to assist our team for implementation of AIM in
duration of four days (3-7 July 2022)
*	Provide as the staff list of mentioned HFs
