Ref to the subject we have observed in some final delivery/distribution poi=
nts (FDPs) that CPs' staff receive the food consignments of other projects/=
CPs while it is clearly writing the name of the CP on the waybills. In addi=
tion to, waybills are not properly and timely filled, signed/stamped by the=
 time of receiving the consignments.

Therefore, you are requested to pass this message to your storekeepers or a=
ny staff who is responsible to receive the food consignments at the FDPs on=
 behalf of your organization to pay attention to the above mentioned point.
