Greetings.

I would like to share some points of monitoring visit of Bakwa MHNT.

1_ Very less and weak supportive supervsion from MHNTs and it is due to =
unavailibility of provicial technical staff.

2_ MHNT cover most villages at Bakwa district where these villages are =
under coverage of BPHS HFs.

These villages must be listed and withdraw from MHNT villagess list with =
the coordination of BPHS and new over population white areas villages =
must be added to MHNT villages list.

3_ Unavailiblity of some HMIS tools such mental health register,daily =
tally sheet for MCH section and also BP set for midwife.

4_ Disorganized stock book system for RI vaccines and stock cards system =
for medicines record.

5_High percentage consumption of Anti_boitc at MHNTs level.

6_ Data descripancy seen at vaccines and MIAR reports and its resources, =
staff must be leaded to have and use all them during session.

7_Unavailability of some preveouse month reports and plan with MHNT at =
field.

IECs/flip charts for health education needed.

I hope JACK team will increase technical support for MHNTs to resolve =
such issues in the future.
