re</a><span style=3D"text-align: justify;"> and </span><a style=3D"text-ali=
gn: justify;" href=3D"https://goo.gl/maps/DsxQKq3PkhsxVTYR9">Kart-e Mamorin=
 Square</a><span style=3D"text-align: justify;">, blocking all civilian tra=
ffic.</span></div>

Mamorin Square remains open.<br /><br />The previous advisory to avoid the =
