Dear Dr. Hosna

Thanks very much for your email. The responses to your queries are as below:

1.       Yes, the project data is being reported to MoPH, i.e. DHIS2
regularly;

2.       There are three MHTs functioning under this project in Kunduz;

3.       The reported data are weekly performances of the three MHTs; due to
wider outreach and more influx of clients, we have over target performances
in some indicators;

4.       The issue of covering AWD hotspots for few days was urgently
communicated between DoPH, BPHS implementer and health cluster coordinator
in the North region, i.e. Dr Arwal. I am in contact with Dr Sahib Arwal to
provide any further documents, if needed. However, the teams will resume
their normal function by tomorrow, i.e. 12th August.

I remain available for any further information/document you might require.

This is well received with many thanks Dr. Sahib. I have just couples of
questions as in the below, just to be clarify things for us:

-          Are you reporting these data to MoPH?

-          Is this cumulative data or just for one week? Some data like TCS,
ANC, PNC, Family planning and . seems a bit high, if it is weekly data.

-          How many MHTs are working in Kunduz province?

-          Is the issue of AWD case management in Kunduz province that is
advised by PPHD to be covered under AHF project discussed and approved by
the health cluster and AHF? If it is discussed and approved, please make
sure it doesn't affect the project targets and quality of services.

Please Find Below weekly update of PHC, Trauma care services and COVID-19
response in Kunduz, Parwan, Kabul Provinces (Project#21380) for the
reporting period of 4th august till 11th august 2022.

1.    COVID-19 Response(Kabul):

A.	3497 peoples screened for COVID-19.
B.	20472 clients received awareness regarding COVID-19 disease.
C.	384  Samples collected from suspected cases.
D.	66 confirm cases traced and followed through RRTs .
E.	231  contact persons traced with confirm cases through RRTs
F.	374  awareness sessions held regarding COVID-19 disease 
G.	Held 3 sessions with community elders regarding covid-19

2.    Trauma Care (Parwan):

A.	180 trauma cases managed and treated by FATP centers 
B.	180  trauma patients received psychosocial counseling and support
services 
C.	 8 trauma cases referred to specialized hospital for further
treatment
D.	6 staff of trauma trained for HMIS section.

3.    Primary Health Care (Kunduz):

A.	2081 clients received essential health services through MHTs;
B.	246  pregnant women received first Ante Natal Care (ANC1) from
skilled birth attendants (SBAs) through MHTs;
C.	148 women received Post-Natal Care (PNC) services;
D.	396 women of Child-Bearing Age (CBA) received Family Planning
services;
E.	160 children below 2 years received  growth monitoring and nutrition
services;
F.	23 disable clients received essential health services through MHTs.
G.	Conducted of seven(2) community elders awareness / RCCE sessions .
H.	Treated 372 AWD cases during the reporting period.
I.	246 men, women received psychosocial counselling through MHTs.

Note: PPHD instructed all AHF related teams to cover and treat AWD cases in
the affected central area papulation in Kunduz province.
