Attached please find the templet's for EPHS and BPHS(Excel) monthly =
technical reports of July 2022.
Please prepare your EPHS monthly technical report in the previous =
template and in case we received any new template from UNICEF,will share =
with you soon.
We requesting you to share your monthly reports BPHS in Excel by end of =
tomorrow (3rd of August)  and EPHS narrative report by CoB Thursday 4th =
of August.
