Please obey the rule and regulation, you are not allowed to take action =
instead of me. All the JACK organization issue should be done through =
their related channel. I reiterate that the recruitment process in =
Helmand education programme from A-Z is done without my consultation and =
this is illegal, and it is against what we agreed for running of the =
JACK. No need for more discussion, we will decide in a meeting about =
this issue. Till that the Shafiqullah Kamawi and His brother Sifatullah =
Kamawi Jobs are postponed due to conflict of interest as they are both =
in one programme. One is acting education programme director which is =
not approved by me and another is Senior admin officer which he is not =
formally recruited.

First of all, as you know, during that time when the recruitment and =
start of this project took place the general director was on leave, and =
I was acting general director and responsible person of the NGO; =
Moreover, I have been fully involved in the whole process from the date =
the EoI announced up to date.

Regarding the recruited staff mentioned below, I was 100% aware, =
involved and fully in picture, anything happened in Helmand have been =
approved by me and then the team took action, the reason you were not =
fully in loop was because you were busy in other activities, and I did =
not saw it necessary to keep you involve in this.

Right now we are on a good track in Helmand province, and everything is =
assured for the successful implementation of the program, therefore, =
raising such issues in this period of time can badly damage our program, =
meanwhile, several times, we are experiencing challenges because of such =
internal issues which I don=E2=80=99t want any more.=20

was not involved in the process of the recruitment from the beginning up =
to now and I do not know how they have been recruited. Furthermore, =

manager, Senior teacher trainer officer, CBE senior officers, M&E and =
MIS officers. As In charge of deputy admin finance, I can not process =
the salary of the mentioned recruited staff and the responsibility will =
fall on those who crossed the line and did my Job in presence of me in =
the office.
