Dear all,

Greetings from JACK Main Office,

As you know that March-22 is near to end and we have to submit the financial 
reports to Donors. I would like to remind your kind offices the following 
expenses specifically to be included in your end month reports to avoid any 
problems in the future.

*        Please do not combine the expenses related to different cost 
centers in one transaction. Record the expenses of EPHS and BPHS separately 
in your cashbooks. (All DHs, Provincial Hospitals, CHCs, BHCs, PHCs/SHCs, 
MHTs expenses must be recorded separately) for proper reporting to donors.

*        Please use proper Account codes and Budget lines in your cash 
books.

*        Please do not bring changes to your cash books, once shared with 
main office, if there is any compulsory please let us know on time.

*        Rental expenses of Provincial offices, Health Facilities rents, 
warehouse rents.

*        Please collect Electricity bills of all HFs and POs. (Please note 
that current donors only accept Feb and March 2022 related expenses).

*        Vehicle Rent, Patient Food, Internet Fee etc.
