Dear Shirzad Sahib and Kamawi Sahib,

Hope you are doing well,

I have come to know that Helmand HR officer have processed documents of some
individuals and counted them eligible for issuing employing contracts who
were neither in the interview nor their result were attested by PED and
UNICEF representatives, and some of them are counted eligible for irrelevant
positions; and all these actions took place without your consent. So, as per
our organization roles this is a huge disciplinary error and violation which
is not acceptable for our organization (JACK), and other stakeholders of the
project (PED, UNICEF); therefore, please avoid further processing of such
cases and In future make sure that all out letters will be issued on your
signature only.

Please issue this email to Helmand HR - Abdul Ahmad Salimi as a last
warning, if the same violation/error happened again his contract is
terminated.

To HR, Please file this warning in his personal file.
