Dear Dr. Shahzad,

Reference is made to the Grant Letter of Agreement for the project entitled 
“Provision of Operational and Technical Support to Ali Jinnah Hospital 
(COVID-19)”, signed between WHO and JACK (PO No. 202813333). In follow up of 
Dr. Manuel’s communication with you, you already have spent some amount in 
the initial days of project. For us to be able to pay you the spent amount, 
please send us technical report along with financial and FACE reports 
(templates attached) primarily in draft via email for finalizing and then 
the signed and stamped hard copies. Since the project has already stopped 
and will not be implemented anymore, following the payment, we are going to 
close the PO.
