AFG-21/3481/HNGO/21380 in Kunduz, Parwan and Kabul provinces where the =

expenditures and request for advance to replenish the cash balance, you =
are requesting to activate the financial report section in GMS of the =
mentioned project that we could upload the expenditure reports and =
