Dear Obaid SB,

As per budget were ware  liable to pay monthly transportation to CHW and
outreach team every month , however the payment to them is not made during
this time but right now we have no more cash left form last installment of
WB, so we could not settle this payment right now however when we receive
the remaining installment of WB in the future we will disburse the payment
to them .

Dear Shahzad Sahib:

First want to thanks for your support about payment of payable procurement
expenses, and second the electricity currently is under process, third
regarding program payable payment of CHWs and Vaccinators Outreach is
remained from world bank as attached and following:

1.      CHWs transportation months of Jan to June 2021 amount of
988,950/AFS.

2.      Outreach cost of vaccinators months of Dec 2020 to June 2021
amount of     190,000/AFS,

3.      CHWs transportation months of July to Sep 2021 amount of
494,450/AFS.

4.      Outreach cost of vaccinators months of July to Sep 2021 amount of
82,000/AFS.

Total
1,755,400/AFS.

So according to the management decision of KDZ SEHATMANDI project want to
request the required cash as attached.

Your positive response according to the limit time of reporting period
kindly is requested.
