The INSO Central Team invites you to join=
 our Security Roundtable (SRT) on Sunday, 07 August 2022, at 1000 hrs. The meeting will be held in person in Bamyan City, hosted at=
 the offices of one of our NGO partners. The meeting will be held =
in English and Dari, as required by participants. </stro=
ng>The address of the meeting venue will only be shared with regist=
ered participants. Please note that there will be no parking avail=
able at the location; as such, we kindly request partners to arrange drop-o=
ff and pick-up. To remain COVID-Safe, a maximum of&nbsp;=
one participant per organisation will be admitted. INSO will admit=
 participants on a first-come-first-serve basis in the interest of fairness=
 and will limit the number of participants to 15. <br=
 />Those wishing to join the SRT must confirm their attendance via email by=
&nbsp;1530 hrs on 04 August. Partners are requested to sen=
d their confirmation emails to Aftabuddin, Central Region =
Deputy Safety Advisor, at&nbsp;<a href=3D"mailto:asst.central@afg.ngosafety=
.org">dsa.central@afg.ngosafety.org</a> Only those who have <str=
ong>confirmed their attendance before the registration deadline wi=
ll be admitted to the meeting. Partners in attendance are kindly asked to b=
ring their own masks and pen for signing in at the entrance. Should you fee=
l unwell, please refrain from attending in person to protect the other part=
icipants. The duration of the meeting will be approximately <str=
ong>one hour. The main objective of this roundtable discussion wil=
l be to allow our partner NGOs to share experiences and lessons learned fro=
m the current operating environment, and provide a short overview of key de=
velopments in the Central Region, with a special focus on Bamyan Pr=
ovince and the upcoming Ashura Day commemoration.=
 If you would like INSO to raise any specific issues at the meeting on your=
 behalf, please let us know in advance. Roundtable meetings are =
primarily a forum for exchanging information and insights concerning safety=
 concerns and the general operating environment among NGO partners in the C=
entral Region, and we strongly encourage you to come prepared to contribute=
. Immediately following the SRT, INSO's Training Team will condu=
ct a short Focus Group Discussion in Dari to discuss train=
ing needs in Bamyan and neighbouring provinces. Attendees of the SRT are en=
couraged to stay for this and share their staff members' interests and need=
s to help INSO plan focused trainings over the next months and into 2023.<b=

tners of the one-day Introduction to Safety and Security (=
ISS) training that will be facilitated in Bamyan City on Wednesday, 10 Augu=
