Dear Mr. Shahzad,

Thank you for your response and providing the signed copy of the project 
document. We are committed to making the implementation successful and 
delivering the service to those who are in need. To do so, we have to be 
very well organized and plan for success. We believe that you have the right 
expertise to make sure that, we implement the project on time and with 
quality. Therefore, I would like to highlight the following points for our 
future work and good collaboration:

1-           UNICEF will be available to support you in the process of the 
implementation

2-           From the UNICEF side, I will be the focal point and will 
provide the support you need

3-           The UNICEF extenders in the Parwan are available to support you

4-           In exchange, UNICEF will expect a timely response to its 
communications

5-           Having a project focal point contact with whom we can 
communicate on daily bases ( if required) on the project implementation

6-           The initial inception plan is to be sent to UNICEF by end of 
28th July 2022

7-           For the beginning of the implementation (during the inception 
phase), we will need an update every week each Thursday afternoon through 
the email communication

Dear Dr sahib Sulaimankhail,

Thank you for sharing the final version of the budget and program document. 
We reviewed the budget and there was a small variance in the number CMS 
participants as these were calculated more than 40 in few of the rows. The 
number of CMS participants are corrected in their relevant rows please refer 
to annex # Anx 2-CMS+Refresher under column H in the attached budget 
document. This adjustment changed the total budget amount where the program 
document is also adjusted as per final attached budget figures. Please 
accept the attached as final budget and program documents for your reference 
and process if there is no further changes required from your side.

Additionally It has been noticed that the supplies are included in new 
version and some minor changes are also brought in some of the expenses. 
These are accepted form our side.

Again, we are so thankful for your continuous support and coordination in 
this long finalization process. It is very much appreciated. If there is any 
additional information required please let me know. Please confirm the 
receipt of the email upon delivery.

Attached please find the revised target for CBNP along with the names of 
HP,s.There are totally 479 HP out of which 150 HP already completed both 
phase of the CBNP(CMS and Refresher) and 104 are in control.The target for 
new HP which need both (CMS and Refresher) is now 225 as we added those 
HPs(76)which only received CMS and due to the gape that they faced , we 
included those 76 HP,s in our new target to receive both CMS and Refresher.
