Dear Dr.Sahib Sulaiman KHil:
Based on the information we received from our kabul field office,the 
mentioned HF,s(Jagdalak and Qamari are not under the coverage of JACK.
JACK as implementer of Kabul BPHS, will raise this issue in the PPPHC 
Meeting and coordinate with Kabul PPHD in this regard.
