Dear Colleagues, The INSO Cent=
ral Team invites you to join our Security Roundtable (SRT) on Thursday, 28 =
July 2022, at 1030 hrs. The meeting will be held in pers=
on at the INSO Kabul office and will be held in English</s=
trong>. If you are unfamiliar with the location=
 of the office, please reach out to Central Region Assistant Safety Advisor=
 Rohullah for directions. Please note that there will be no parking availab=
le at the location; as such, we kindly request partners to arrange drop-off=
 and pick-up. To remain COVID-Safe, a maximum of one par=
ticipant per organisation will be admitted. In addition, INSO will=
 configure the seating plan to allow for social distancing and ensure the a=
vailability of hand sanitiser. INSO will limit the number of participants t=
o 30 and admit participants on a first-come-first-serve ba=
sis in the interest of fairness. Those wishing to join the SRT m=
ust confirm their attendance via email by 1500 hrs on 27 July. </st=
rong>Partners are requested to send their confirmation emails to Ro=
hullah, Central Region Assistant Safety Advisor, at <a href=3D"mai=
lto:asst.central@afg.ngosafety.org">asst.central@afg.ngosafety.org</a> Only those who have confirmed their attendance will be admitted to t=
he meeting. Partners in attendance are kindly asked to bring their own mask=
s and pen for signing in at the entrance. Should you feel unwell, please re=
frain from attending in person to protect the other participants. The duration of the meeting will be approximately one hour</stron=
g>. The main objective of this roundtable discussion will be to allow our p=
artner NGOs to share experiences and lessons learned from the current opera=
ting environment, and provide a short overview of key developments in the C=
entral Region. If you would like INSO to raise any specific issues at the m=
eeting on your behalf, please let us know in advance. Roundtabl=
e meetings are primarily a forum for exchanging information and insights co=
ncerning the safety and security environment among NGO partners in the Cent=
ral Region, and we encourage you to come prepared to contribute.
