Greeting
below is update about cholera since the first coordination meeting. This is
to state that there is no improvement in provision of zinc tablets. it
means actually the treatment system is thoroughly incomplete.

other   activities conducted since the first AWD/Cholera coordination
meeting:

1: The presentation is updated according to the Dr. Danish=E2=80=99s commen=
ts

2: the pharmacy stock is organized

3: two Air conditioners are installed in to Pharmacy stock for better
ventilation

4: stock carts and documentation of AWD Stack are  updated

5: Fireproof extinguishers are installed In Cholera/AWD stack and office

6: Necessary Medical equipment=E2=80=99s are supplied to all 8 CTCs

7:  inventory process is started for all CTCs and IERTs

8: Two TV sessions about cholera and AWD conducted in TOLO  TV

9: weekly and Daily reporting formats are designed and distributed to all
IERTs

10: Target setting is don and distributed to all CTCs and IERTs

12: May & June Salary is provided to all Cholera/AWD staff

13: IERT=E2=80=99s transportation cost for drivers were increased

14: IEC material is printed and distributed to all CTCs and IERTs
