Dear Shirzad Sahib,

The request is approved,

Just one clarification that the amount mentioned seems very high, please
purchased each item around following amount, the requested estimated prices
are very high:

1-      Refrigerator - 30000 AFN

2-      Save around - is fine

3-      Broom - 6000 AFN

4-      Stationary is fine

5-      Washing Machine - 4000

6-      Fans - 2500

7-      Separate refreshment and Hygiene (Refreshment for manager 3000, and
Hygiene 4000)

8-      Cash for house is fine

9-      others is also fine

In addition to that please, make a committee from Finance, Procurement and
program to purchase all these items in Kandahar according to the JACK
procurement Policy, I am not sure we will find good quality in Helmand.
